The portraitist Ricca Fischer was born and raised inSwitzerland , daughter of a 
country-doctor. Her many-sided interests in people, cultures and languages have molded her pathway in life. She has spent many years in Italy , Brazil , and Argentina before she settled down in Florida in 1992. As soon as she retired from her professional duties her strong desire to capture facial expressions lead to finally actively entering 
the world of painting. What she mainly aimed at was the fact to please friends with her very expressive portraits and not so much the idea of being present in a gallery. Her daughter and friends had pretty much to talk her into showing some of her works to the public. SOULS, EYES, PERSONALITIES shows a cross-section through her creations and products and will capture with magic the eye of the visitor.
